Electronic Assistant Lite 4.1 (EA Lite 4.1) is the lite (scaled down) version of the personal information manager (PIM) Electronic Assistant Professional. It includes an Organizer, Journal, ToDo, Collections, Schedule, and several utility and add-on modules. EA Lite is intuitive and provides many features desired in a PIM. 

Electronic Assistant Lite 4.0 is Shareware. This means that you'll have to register it after 30 days. The cost of registration is US$20.00. However, if you are a current Electronic Assistant Professional owner, you may upgrade to EA Lite 4.1 for free. To take advantage of this offer, you must provide proof of purchase in the form of your name and address. Send an email to sales@danteproductions.com with this information and an authorization code will be emailed to you after your information is verified. Download and install EA Lite 4.1. Then use the authorization code to authorize EA Lite 4.1

Today Module
The Today module automatically displays items from the the Schedule and ToDo modules that expire or are due on the current date. It also indicates the number of overdue borrowed books, CDs, CD-R/RWs, and tapes and the number of hours scheduled in the Agenda. 

Organizer Module
With EA Lite you can maintain contact information using the Organizer Module. This module allows you to organize and sort information according to Names (First/Last), Company, Nickname, Category or Group. Some of the information the organizer will store for each contact include First Name, Last Name, Nick Name, Company, Category, Group, 2 addresses (street address, city, state zip), 4 phone numbers (description, area code, number, extension), 2 email addresses with websites and descriptions, a memo with description,  and much more. From this module, envelopes and labels can be printed. This module will automatically dail phone numbers and access web pages with one click and track and notify you of birthdays and anniversaries.

Journal Module
The Journal Module is designed to function as a ... well Journal. It provides 2 memo fields, a type, company, contact  and a description fields for each entry. This module automatically DateStamps each entry with the current date and time and provide an Advance button that can be used to simplify the process of making entries. 

Collections Module
The Collections Module is the module designed to help you keep track of your CDs, Books, CD-R/RWs, and Tapes. It serves as an inventorying system. This module allow you to store and sort information according to Title, Music, Artist, Date, Manufacturer, Kind, Publisher, Published Date etc.  It can also be used to keep track of borrowed Books, CDs, CD-R/RWs and Tapes. 

If you would like to keep track of additional possessions such as Jewelry and food, or any other kind of data, it is suggested that you use the Database module. 

Schedule Module
The Schedule Module is a reminder module. Using this module, you can set reminders that activate alarms at specified times. These include one-time or daily, weekly, monthly or yearly appointments. 

ToDo Module
The ToDo Module provides features for tracking tasks. Now you can no longer use the excuse "I have so many things to do, I don't even know where to start" because between the Schedule Module, Agenda Module and the ToDo module you should know exactly what you have to do next, when you have to do it. And if you forget, you will be reminded by the Schedule Module. 
 

Utility Modules
There are 13 utility modules in EA Lite. These include the Calendar, Backup, Statistics, Tips, Passwords, Profile Manager, and 7 more. The Calendar module provides a calendar for the Journal, Schedule and ToDo modules, the Backup module facilitates backup of data files and the Password module can be used to enable, disable or change your password. The Statistics module provides statistics on information stored in Electronic Assistant while the Tips module provide tips on using Electronic Assistant.

Password
For those of you who would like to protect your personal information stored in your personal information manager (PIM), EA Lite has password capabilities. For those who prefer not to use the password option, it can be disabled in the options module. EA Lite also features a Profile Manager which can be used to manage other user accounts when using the Admin profile. Electronic Assistant Lite allows a maximum of 20 accounts.
