Phoenix Universal Collection Assistant (PUCA) 1.0 is an intuitive freeform database that may be applied as a solution to a wide-range of database requirements. It provides a user customizable interface that is not only uncomplicated but comprehensive. 

Each database (or collection) created using PUCA 1.0 can include a maximum of 34 text fields, 1 date field, 2 memo fields and 4 picture fields (.bmp only). The date field and 20 of the 34 text fields can be used to sort or search the database. 

This application builds on the Collection & UserDefined modules provided with Electronic Assistant Professional. However, it provides extensive features not available in either of those modules. PUCA is very flexible hence allowing the user to manipulate the entire interface.
